Eastern Edge Escapes is seeking reliable Cleaning & Turnover Specialists to prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays. This is an independent contractor role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work and reliability.

Position Overview

As a Cleaning & Turnover Specialist, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and resetting short-term rental properties to ensure each guest arrives to a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared space.

Responsibilities

  • Full property clean between guest stays

  • Laundry (wash, dry, fold linens and towels)

  • Make beds and reset living spaces

  • Restock basic supplies

  • Trash removal

  • Light reset tasks as needed

  • Report any damage, missing items, or concerns

Schedule

  • Daytime turnovers, typically between 10:00am–4:00pm

  • Flexible, as-needed work

  • More consistent work available for reliable contractors

Compensation

  • $25 per hour

  • Paid per turnover based on time on site

  • Most cleanings take 2–4 hours, depending on property size and condition

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Smartphone for communication and photos

  • Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
